Life does not always make sense and certainly is not always fair, however, together we aim to create a space where you can find a sense of understanding of what you may be experiencing and help you to find ways to move forward.

Everyone, anywhere needs a bit of mindfulness in their day, but not everyone is suited for traditional practices or mindsets. Luckily, mindfulness methods have come a long way with various practical and realistic no-nonsense options that pair well with our busy and chaotic modern day lives.  Learning to connect with compassionate mindfulness in a modern world; a world where life can be as rewarding as it is overwhelming. â€‹

After an initial discovery session and questionnaire about you and your expectations, a personalised plan, designed in consultation with you, will be tailored to meet your specific needs, requirements and objectives. Number of sessions and duration required to be discussed and reviewed as part of your unique plan.

Small Group Courses

Mindfulness is often perceived as a solitary act, an unfolding of awareness of our true selves.  Indeed, mindfulness meditation involves dedicating time and space to check in on your thoughts, physical sensations and emotions.  Small groups offer non-judgemental support, shared experiences, belonging and connection, inquiry and reduced distraction as well as joy and enrichment.
